Really good Stay with AMAZING Staff!!!
great view pool access amazing team
The location offers great views. Spa and pool access was lovely. The team was amazing and were great with both our kids.
Rooms were very hot and there was no air conditioning. We were unable to open the windows wide enough. The room cleaning was below par, it was not cleaned to a good standard .

The breakfast had a good choice. I found the restaurant served wonderful food, both for dinner and fresh breakfast. Strong coffee was available. I appreciated the fresh baked pastries and breads.

the breakfast was awesome.
the room was dated. marks were on the walls and the carpet was fraying at the joints. it honestly reminded ME of a travelodge room.

clean spa daily room art class
My visit included access to both indoor and outdoor pools. The spa was clean. I booked a massage. I also participated in an art class that cost £15. I found it great for the price. There were daily room cleanings. That was a plus.
Paying extra for a cooked breakfast separately from the breakfast buffet was a slight inconvenience.

wonderful stay!
easy access excellent service
The location impressed me. the beach access made coastal walks very easy. the staff was friendly and professional. They provided excellent service. the spa facilities were high quality. I was impressed by the hydro pool.
I found the breakfast chaotic, children touched open food. there was little care when refilling bottles. Items were mislabeled. i noticed an overall lack of attention to detail.

The staff were friendly, efficient and cute. our sea view double had a full-length window overlooking the sea. The sunset was beautiful. the decor and furnishings were high quality. The bed was comfortable.
i thought cooked food should be included in the breakfast when staying in this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
My room faced the front. It felt dated. There were marks on the walls, and the carpet looked worn. The early morning deliveries woke me up around 7:30 a.m.
